Last week on Ash Wednesday we marked the start of Lent. The Lenten Season is a forty-day period of reflection, penance and fasting before Easter Sunday.
For any parents, who wish to find out more about Lent and other seasons in the Church's year, please select the 'Curriculum' tab, then 'Religious Education' and you will find links to the REQuest website which provides lots of information about Lent, Easter and other seasons in the Liturgical Calendar.
