Safer Internet Day 2017 will be celebrated globally on Tuesday 7th February with the theme ‘Be the change: Unite for a better internet’.
The Redbridge Local Safeguarding Children Board will have a multi-agency stand, working with NELFT, Community Safety Team, School Police, FiND and LBR Children’s Services, at The Exchange Mall in Ilford between 9am-5pm on 7th of Feb.
The day offers the opportunity to highlight positive uses of technology and to explore the role we all play in helping to create a better and safer online community. We encourage professionals, parents, carers and young people to come along. Play your part: come along to our stand to help support this cause and raise awareness of online safety!
