Hello children, just to let you know we arrived safe and sound in China after a very long and tiring journey.
First we flew to Zurich to pick up our connecting flight to China. We arrived in Shanghai after a 12 hour fight at 7am this morning which would have been midnight in England. We then had a five hour coach journey up to Yanghzou in Jiangsu Province which is where we are staying.
This evening we were taken to the home of some of the Chinese teachers and they cooked us a delicious meal. They taught us to make dumplings, which was fun but after 24 hours without sleep, I can't say we were very good at it. Now it is time for bed as we have not slept since we were England. Hope you are all safe and well.
