Pupils from Year 3 to Year 6 wowed the audience with their spectacular acts ranging from ballards, Bollywood, and dancenastics to stand-up comedy and street dancing.
The sheer raw talent and spine-tingling vocals of the performers stunned the judges, who deliberated and debated the winner, whilst the audience looked on with nervous anticipation.
It was however, the unique and innovative blend of dancers and violinists from Year 5 with their rendition of ‘All about the base’, who finally stole the show, picking up the Mr McDonald Talent Contest Trophy for 2016.
In second place came Year 6 dance act Kelsie & Co with Petty and in third place Angela from Year 4 with her Bollywood dance number.
